The firm represents a 4-year old girl who was severely burned by coffee that was served to her at McDonalds 
 
The firm has filed a federal action against the Village of Hillside Police, Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, and numerous other defendants related to the harassment by an out-of-state resident. 

The firm has filed a federal action against the Countryside Police Department under Section 1983 for violating the civil rights of an immigrant family running a nail salon including jail abuse, excessive force, illegal detention, and false arrest.
